Our secure shopping system incorporates

technology. This ensures your private information is kept private throughout the
payment process.
When you have finished shopping, while viewing the contents of
your shopping cart click on the
button to finalize your order using our secure credit card payment facilities.
Here you will be required to enter your name, delivery address, contact details
and credit card information. When completed you will be provided with a
summary of your order which you may print for your records. You will also
be sent an order confirmation by email and Crochet Australia will normally
process your order the same or next working day.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and JCB from all customers as well as cheque and money order from Australian
customers only. A credit note will be issued if excess postage is sent by cheque
or money order and an invoice will be sent for short payments.

Currency As all prices on this site are in Australian dollars
you may use the to convert Australian dollars to your currency.
Payment We cannot accept international money orders or money
orders from your country as we cannot cash them in Australia, nor
can we accept personal cheques or bank cheques in your currency.
Payment can only be accepted by credit card (American Express, JCB, Mastercard
or Visa).
Shipping
Shipping is by insured airmail
international post. If this is not possible to your country we will advise
alternative shipping methods and costs. We charge actual shipping costs
plus a $4 packaging and handling fee. If you do NOT want goods insured
(insurance is $8.45 for $100 coverage) this must be requested in the "additional
information" section during checkout, then goods are forwarded at your risk and
we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
If your order consists of light books
only, where possible, we will forward by insured airmail large letter, as this
is faster and more economical (not available to USA or Canada).
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks delivery for
parcels. These items are not able to be tracked during shipment. You may use
the Australia Post international
parcel calculator, or we will provide a
quote for shipping by seamail, airmail, express post or express courier on
request, please provide full postal address. Please note if using express post
or courier services we require your full postal delivery address as most
countries will not deliver to a Post Office box.
All
goods are sent through Australia Post. Actual postage plus a small packaging/handling fee will be
charged on all orders.
Minimum postage and handling charge is
$4.50.
Unless you request
"Registered Post" in the "Additional Information" section during checkout, all
goods are sent unregistered and uninsured, therefore at your risk and we will
not be responsible for any loss or damage. We
therefore recommend Australian customers take the option of Registered Post
which provides up to $100 insurance cover for a small fee of $2.75.
We reserve the right to register any delivery and
charge the applicable registration fee where we determine this to be in your
best interests.
Where possible we use Australia Post
Prepaid Sachets and charge a flat rate of $11.00 Australia wide for Postage and
Handling of unregistered parcels up to 3kg.
These sachets are able to be registered for an additional fee of $2.75.
